My name is Grant, besides Rob, I’ve been the only transmission rebuilder of Robs Transmission since the beginning.

I grew up in Northbridge Massachusetts, always around machinery. I had a saw mill, construction company and welding/model making company in our backyard. Having such a great working family molded me into what I am today. I came from a family who took pride in what they created, as I also do. My whole life, I was always taking apart and rebuilding snow mobiles, dirt bikes, motorcycles, and vehicles. Doing so made me really good with understanding how things work. Schooling, I graduated from Blackstone Valley Tech in Upton Massachusetts in 94, inmy junior year i took a co-op job for Hathaway transmission in Whitinsville Massachusetts where I stayed for 13 years until the owner retired. I moved to Rhode Island built for Ammco transmission under Rob as the manager. until the owner sold the franchise. I worked for the new owner for a short time until “ Rob’s Transmissions ” got up and running and been here ever since.

Every transmission goes though me, and I treat each one as a man who takes pride in his craft would.
